ROLEVIA - "CAREER DIAGNOSTIC"
Before purchasing, read these Terms of Service in full. By purchasing the "Career Diagnostic" Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or "Agreement") are entered into between Rolevia Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 32-0833301), with a registered address at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (the "Company," "Rolevia," "we," "us," or "Seller"), and the individual who purchases the Product (the "Customer," "Client," or "you"). Rolevia Global LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ROLEVIA Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Republic of Poland (KRS 0001063084, NIP 5833490752), with its registered office at ul. Nowogrodzka 31/413, 00-511 Warsaw, Poland (the "Parent"). This Agreement governs the sale and use of the "Career Diagnostic" information product (the "Product") and is directed to adults (18 years of age or older) in the United States[cite: 3].
1. Definitions
1.1 Product - a one-time career consulting service (career diagnostic) delivered using the TAKEOFFER methodology and serving as an entry (diagnostic) product. The Product includes:
- a preparatory questionnaire completed by the Customer before the Session;
- a one-time 60-minute diagnostic Session with a career expert, during which the Customer's experience, strengths, career goals, and the realism of the Customer's request are analyzed;
- and the preparation and delivery of a One-page Career Snapshot document.
The purpose of the Product is to help the Customer understand realistic development directions, strong career hypotheses, factors hindering entry to the market, and a recommended next step. The Company does not guarantee that the Customer will receive interview invitations, job offers, or employment. The Product is advisory and informational in nature[cite: 3].
1.2 Supplementary Product - another product of the Company that is indirectly related to the Product and that the Customer may purchase at will. Purchase of a Supplementary Product is optional and does not affect completion of the Product[cite: 3].
1.3 Customer - a natural person who has accepted these Terms by their acceptance (payment for the Product)[cite: 3].
1.4 Company (also "Seller") - Rolevia Global LLC[cite: 3].
1.5 Terms (also "Agreement") - this document, published online, which establishes the conditions for the sale and use of the Product[cite: 3].
1.6 Acceptance - the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by paying for the Product. Acceptance is made by payment for the Product and does not limit the Customer's rights under mandatory applicable law, including any statutory right to cancel[cite: 3].
1.7 Delivery of the Product - conducting the diagnostic Session and delivering the One-page Career Snapshot to the Customer by email or a messenger specified by the Customer. By paying for the Product, the Customer requests and authorizes the Company to begin performance without delay and acknowledges that, once the service has been fully performed, refunds are governed by Section 5 and applicable law[cite: 3].
1.8 One-page Career Snapshot - a one-page structured document prepared by the Company based on the questionnaire and the results of the diagnostic Session, containing: the Customer's current career position; 1–2 career hypotheses; strengths; key risks and gaps; and a recommended next step. The document is delivered to the Customer in the agreed manner (email or messenger)[cite: 3].
1.9 Diagnostic Session (Session) - a one-time 60-minute online meeting between the Customer and the Company's career expert, held by video. The date, time, and platform are agreed by messenger correspondence or via the Company's Telegram bot[cite: 3].
1.10 Preparatory questionnaire - a form the Customer completes before the Session, attaching the required materials (including résumé, LinkedIn profile, goal, desired geography/market, role and income expectations, constraints, and timelines). Completing the questionnaire and providing the materials is a condition for holding the Session[cite: 3].
1.11 Chat - a group created in WhatsApp, Telegram, or another messenger chosen by the Company, for discussing questions, news, and experiences related to the Product. Creating the Chat is the Company's right, not its obligation[cite: 3].
1.12 Company Website (the "Website") - for purposes of this Agreement, the information published on the internet at rolevia.com[cite: 3].
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1 The Company undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the Product, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the Product in accordance with these Terms[cite: 3].
2.2 The Product is an information resource and is not an educational program or educational service. It does not lead to any degree, diploma, certificate, license, or government-issued credential and does not require licensure as an educational institution under applicable U.S. federal or state law[cite: 3].
2.3 Delivery of the Product occurs by conducting the diagnostic Session and delivering the completed One-page Career Snapshot to the Customer by email or a messenger specified by the Customer, within the time set in Section 2.6[cite: 3].
2.4 The Company's materials delivered to the Customer are communicated orally during the Session, posted in the Chat, or sent by email, including as the One-page Career Snapshot. The content of the recommendations and materials is created by the Company independently and reflects its subjective professional judgment and the Customer's goals[cite: 3].
2.5 The Product is provided solely for the Customer's personal use[cite: 3].
2.6 The Company will deliver the completed One-page Career Snapshot within 2 (two) business days of the diagnostic Session. If there is a delay for reasons attributable to the Company, the deadline may be extended with prior notice to the Customer[cite: 3].
2.7 The price of the Product (Career Diagnostic) does NOT include, in particular: résumé rewriting; LinkedIn profile rewriting; sourcing or searching for vacancies; outreach or applying on the Customer's behalf; interview preparation; job-search support; regular consultations; detailed market research; any guarantee of an interview or job offer; or correspondence after the diagnostic is complete. These services may be the subject of separate Company products[cite: 3].
2.8 Based on the diagnostic results, the Customer may purchase a Supplementary Product as a next step (including Positioning Sprint, LevelUp, Prime Search, or Interview Sprint) for an additional fee. Purchase terms and prices are stated on the Website. Purchase of a Supplementary Product is optional and does not affect completion of the Product[cite: 3].
2.9 The Company is not responsible for employers' decisions or market conditions. Responsibility for using the recommendations and for career decisions rests with the Customer, while the Company remains responsible for the proper performance of its services[cite: 3].
3. Payment and Delivery

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Right to Cancel - To the extent required by the law of the state in which the Customer resides, the Customer may cancel this Agreement for any reason by delivering written notice of cancellation to the Company at [email protected] no later than midnight of the third business day after purchase[cite: 3].
5.2 Voluntary refund - In addition to any statutory right, the Company voluntarily offers a refund for any reason if requested within 14 calendar days of payment[cite: 3].
6. Intellectual Property

5. Money-Back Guarantee, Activity Obligations, and Program Metrics
5.2 Partial Refund Guarantee: The Company provides a guarantee of a partial refund of 40% of the price if, within 3 months, neither 5 interview invitations nor 1 job offer is achieved, subject to the active participation criteria detailed in Section 5.4[cite: 2].

This program is the premium career-support package that includes the core "Level Up" program alongside dedicated LinkedIn Growth Support for 3 months[cite: 1].
1. Definitions
1.1 Product - the premium "Level Up Plus" career-support program, which includes all services of the Level Up program plus additional LinkedIn Growth Support for a period of 3 (three) months[cite: 1].
1.18 LinkedIn Growth Support - includes profile recommendations, customized content plans, up to 24 publications total over 3 months, monthly review, and dynamics monitoring[cite: 1].
5. Company's Service Obligations and Program Metrics
Provides same partial-refund guarantee structures (40%) if specific criteria (Section 5.3) and strict activity conditions (Section 5.4) are met but no career breakthrough results[cite: 1].
