Homework 1. Resume & Positioning (€ 79)
Focuses on defining your career positioning and the first step to creating a strong resume. In Part 1, you will analyze the job market, formulate hypotheses for your positioning, and choose a priority specialization to start your search. In Part 2, you will update your resume based on the chosen focus and goals. As a result, you will clearly understand which vacancies you fit, what to strengthen in your profile, and you’ll have a resume adapted to your new career direction.
Homework 2. Cover Letter (€ 29)
You will write a cover letter tailored to your ideal job. This will help you learn to convey the value of your experience, stand out among candidates, and turn applications into interview invitations. You will work from a template, including your positioning, key achievements, motivation, and professional goals. You will also learn to address potential employer objections at the application stage. The result will be a ready-to-use cover letter that you can adapt for any suitable vacancy.
Homework 3. Self-Presentation & Common Questions (€ 29)
You will prepare a self-introduction — a concise story about yourself that will be your anchor in any interview. You’ll create 1−2 versions for different positioning hypotheses, practice delivering them aloud, and memorize the structure. This will help you confidently answer the first and most important question: "Tell me about yourself," making an immediate positive impression on the recruiter. The result will be a ready self-presentation that reduces stress and boosts your confidence in interviews.
Homework 4. LinkedIn Profile (€ 79)
You will optimize your LinkedIn profile so it starts working for you: attracting recruiters, giving you access to interesting jobs, and helping you build a professional network. You will take screenshots of your current profile stats, adjust it according to the course recommendations, and then compare the changes. You’ll learn to analyze metrics (SSI, visitor job titles, reach), see how your positioning affects engagement, and track how interest in your profile grows over time. The result will be a well-designed LinkedIn profile and an understanding of how profile improvements affect your visibility to employers.
Homework 5. Negotiations & Salary Expectations (€ 15)
You will prepare for negotiations with employers and form a clear strategy for your salary expectations. You will write out your positioning: target role, location, company types, and any specifics of a planned career move. You will also define key criteria for choosing a job and clarify which conditions are truly important to you. Special attention will be given to the salary range — what to indicate in job applications and what to state in interviews. As a result, you will have a foundation for confident, well-founded negotiations and a clear understanding of your "market value."
Homework 6. Offer Negotiations (€ 79)
This assignment is intended for those who have received an offer and are ready for the next stage — negotiations. You will analyze the offer details and revisit your positioning information: role, location, company types, and important career changes. You will also clarify your search criteria, priorities, and recall the salary range you mentioned earlier. Based on this, the mentors will help you build a negotiation strategy and provide ready-made templates for communicating with the employer. The result will be confidence in the dialogue and a chance to improve your job offer’s conditions.
Mock Interviews & Consultation (€ 99)
You can also book a mock interview session or personal consultation with a mentor for intensive practice.
